Villages
SIROLO
With its crescent shape, it is among the most famous beaches in Sirolo.
It is easily accessible from the village which develops right above it. Also closed by a high cliff, it opens towards the sea with its characteristic pier on the left and the famous natural cave from which it takes its name.
RECANATI
Everyone knows it for the famous poet Giacomo Leopardi and now even more popular for the film "The Young Fabulous" by Martone shot in the ancient village in 2014. From the ancient building with 20 thousand books, to the Piazzetta on Saturday in the Village, from the House by Silvia at Colle dell 'Infinito, from the Solitary Sparrow Tower to the Cathedral where Pope Gregory XII rests. Everything speaks of the Fabulous Young Man. But Recanati is much more.
URBINO
The ideal Renaissance city? It certainly is, or at least from the painting by Piero della Francesca, Leon Battista Alberti, Luciano Laurana, Francesco di Giorgio Martini it is clear how important Urbino was for Italian and world art. Wandering through the alleys, palaces and squares, one realizes that the Duke of Montefeltro, as the thinking mind of the project, did not go so far from the goal. The historic center of Urbino, in fact, is protected as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. If you come to Numana, you cannot miss this world excellence.
GROTTE DI FRASASSI
One of the most beautiful natural places in the world? Seeing is believing. A guided journey of an hour and a half to be amazed and admire what nature is capable of doing. If you are so enterprising, there are two speleological routes to do with a torch and helmet. If caving is not your thing, the Natural Park of Gola and Rossa di Frasassi offers trekking paths that find uncontaminated places among sulphurous waters and places of worship such as the hermitage of San Vittore and the temple of Valadier dug at the interior of a rock.
